From Anna K.

I don’t know where to begin, I do know I would not be where I am today without Myra’s support. She has a way of showing you how your experience, no matter how difficult it seems, is actually a gift. I learned so much from Myra, especially about myself. When she asked me to send a referral for her services, I did not hesitate as I am so grateful for everything she has done for me and my family.

Thank you Myra Denman for all your loving guidance. You were a rock when I needed you. You were always available even in the earliest morning hours! It was knowing I could reach out to you that got me through and gave me strength that I did not know I had. I feel so blessed we were are in each others lives. Anyone who works with you will benefit from your services immensely.

Myra has played an invaluable role throughout my post-divorce journey, most importantly by helping me to remain sane and calm during periods of great difficulty. She is also very understanding and gives good sound advice where the children are concerned. She is readily available to give support, day or night. Her professional skills as a Family Lawyer combined with her compassionate, empathetic and positive emotional support have helped me to not only understand better how to navigate co-parenting in a high conflict situation, and the importance of my role within it, but has also given me the confidence and self-belief to see beyond the conflicts. Thank you Myra, for helping me find my strength within. I could not have come this far without you.

Before my meeting with Myra, I felt like I had the weight of the world on my shoulders. I left, however, with not only a sense of direction but a great deal of knowledge and empowerment. I will always be grateful for the assistance I received from Myra. It was the beginning of a positive outcome that started out feeling so bleak.

As a therapist and MSW, it was hard for me to admit I needed help with my divorce. My attorney was fulfilling the legal aspects of the process but it just seemed everything else was falling apart, including my ability to co-parent. I was ready to give up when a friend suggested I reach out to Myra. It was the best decision I could have made. Quickly I saw positive changes, and most importantly I felt a sense of hope that I hadn’t felt in over a year. My only regret is not knowing Myra was available sooner. Whether you have a contentious relationship with your spouse or not, I highly recommend her to anyone going through a divorce.

I didn’t know what divorce coaching was. I had been in therapy but after awhile didn’t really feel like going anymore. My divorce wasn’t close to being finalized and I knew I needed to do something different. That’s when I found out about divorce coaching and decided to give it a try. From the start, Myra was easy to talk to, I always felt like she was in it with me. She helped me to look at my situation a little differently which made things with my ex a lot better. We have recently reached a settlement and are co-parenting now. I know if we hit any bumps in the road I can call Myra to get back on track.
